When Captain Bo purchased Full Draw many respected captains told him "you have it made", "she is a boat that you can make a great living with", and "one your clients will enjoy fishing on". With her spacious cockpit, large fishbox and good speed, Full Draw is the perfect way to spend a day in the gulfstream.
The Full Draw is a locally built custom sportfisher. It was built by the legendary Omie Tillet. Omie, or "Sportsman" as he is known by his peers, fished the boat himself for many years. Its sound construction and modern look will out live us all!
Over the years, Captain Bo and his beautiful wife Shannon have made many improvements to better her performance and make Full Draw very competitive in the local waters. Full Draw has a generator, radar, full navigation and communication electronics and is air conditioned for your comfort. It also has a stereo and CD player.

Bo Dobson started fishing the waters off of Ocean City, MD at a very young age. At 4 years old, Bo witnessed his first white marlin hook up with his mom being the lucky angler. Soon after this, Bo was going to the gulfstream every weekend with his family on their private boat. While in high school, he took mating jobs during the summer breaks. After graduating from high scholl, the lure of the Outer Banks cranked him in. The year was 1989 when Bo received his first job as a mate at Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.
While in his early twenties, Bo took advantage of an opportunity and ventured off around the world on many fishing expeditions. In 1991, after the first of four seasons in Mexico, Bo traveled to Australia's Great Barrier Reef. Three months on the reef working on a charter boat proved to be the best "big fish" experience imaginable. Many Black Marlin in Australia exceed 700 lbs., with some over 1000 lbs. In Mexico, Bo got to refine his light tackle skills with as many as 20 sailfish releases a day. This around the world experience gives Bo an edge other those whose chose not to travel.
In 1995 Bo moved back to North Carolina and took another mate job at Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Bo has fished with some of the best captains in the area and staying on some boats for four or five years, which shows his dedication and loyal personality. For Captain Bo, the grand finale of his mating career was upon the very popular charter boat, Rigged Up. Since Bo acquired his captains licence in 1997, he has been able to act as a relief captain on Rigged Up as well as many other charter boats. This experience gives him confidence as a captain to operate and run his own charter boat Full Draw.
